By representing only tenants in commercial lease transactions, clients are assured fair and impartial advice throughout the search, negotiation and leasing process. ESG Realty Advisors does not take property listings like most real estate firms so there are no conflicts of interest.Prior to ESG Realty Advisors Mr. Schwalbach co-founded HR360, LLC, a human resource consulting company and Employer Solutions Group a business process outsourcing firm specializing in employee benefits, Human Resources, Payroll and Recruiting. Before those two ventures, Mr. Schwalbach held director-level positions for several high-tech and consulting companies in Austin, Texas where he managed all aspects of human resources and operations, including facilities management, contract review & negotiation and real estate-related responsibilities – as both tenant and landlord.Mr. Schwalbach started his commercial real estate specialization as an associate with Austin’s largest, most respected, locally-owned tenant representation firm in 2005. With over 16 years experience in the high tech industry and several years in the commercial real estate world, he provides exclusive tenant representation for office, retail and light industrial transactions with a full understanding of what is important to business owners and general managers.
